Returns & Exchanges

Union Los Angeles accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that all collaborative, limited release, and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and dust bags are included, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Upon receipt at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and issue your refund to the original payment method.
